What is CCCA?
Who are we and What do we Believe?
Here at Chin Christian Conference of Australia we hold true to Biblical truth and practice. This means that we believe:
God to be our Father to all who are redeemed through Jesus Christ alone. God is Trinity, comprising of God the Father, Christ the Son, God the Holy Spirit.
(Genesis 1:26/Matthew 28:19)
Jesus Christ to be our Saviour and to be co-eternal with God. Jesus was without sin as he lived among mankind here on earth. He was crucified as the sacrifice for man’s sin and was raised three days late by God to display his authority and power over sin and death. After being resurrected he ascended to heaven and will at a future time return to take up his position as Lord and King of all things.
(Acts 1:9-11/1 Corinthians 15:3-4)
God the Holy Spirit lives in all who believe in Christ as Saviour. This happens at the moment of our salvation, and He serves as the enabler for the Christian to minister for God. The Holy Spirit enables the believer to understand the Word of God, and He comforts us as we go through difficulties. On a daily basis, the Holy Spirit is our guide.
(John 15:26-16:15/Galatians 5:22-23)
We believe the Bible to be God’s Word. Here God speaks to us, and reveals to us who He is in character, nature, and declares His will for His world and His people. The Bible is comprised of sixty-six books and is set in two testaments, being Old and New. These writings were authored by a variety of persons as directed by the Holy Spirit. We believe all of the Bible to be under the inspiration of God.
(2 Timothy 3:16/2 Peter1:20-21)
We believe in two sacraments. They are Baptism and Holy Communion. Literally, these are two practices that the Church is called to observe regularly. The Bible directs us to practice the baptism of a believer by immersion in water. This is a picture of our committing to Christ as he gave his life to redeem us from our state of sin. We are called to regularly observe our remembrance of Christ who gave himself for us on the cross, and who is the only One who can bring us to God. We remember him in the partaking together of bread and wine/juice representing his body broken for us and his blood, shed for our redemption. It is our view that only those who are saved by Christ can partake in these two observances.
(Matthew 26:26-29/1 Corinthians 11:25-26)
Who are CCCA?
We believe the Church to be comprised of those redeemed by Christ. As Christians we are called to be part of God’s family in a local church. Each Church is part of Gods’ great international Church throughout the world, where believers come together to worship, listen to the Bible being taught, to pray together, and to serve as a witness to the community around them.
(Acts 2:42-47/Ephesians 2:19-22)
We believe that every believer has been gifted by God the Holy Spirit by which they can serve the body of believers among whom they worship. We want to help every believer discover and to use their gift(s) for God’s great glory.
(1 Corinthians 12)
We believe in a literal future eternal state for all of humankind. We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ will return for His Bride, Church, at any moment. After which He will set up his kingdom where sin, death, sickness, and Satan will have no authority. He will create a New Heaven and a New Earth, and we His redeemed will be with Him forever.
(Revelation 1:1-5)
What is CCCA?
CCCA is Christian Organization.
WHO ARE CCCA?
We are Chin Christian Conference Of Australia and we are followers of Jesus.
We are not yet perfect, but we are on a journey. Established in love, we continue to move, by faith, steadfastly towards the hope that is set before us.
CCCA have existed since 2010, and one of the primary reasons our movement developed as a distinctive group among other Protestant Churches is our strong and enduring commitment to the principle of religious liberty for all.
We believe every individual believer is free to access God and serve Him in his or her own way (within biblical lines). For this reason CCCA churches are often very different from each other. Some are very traditional, others very radical, and others are somewhere between. We are committed to each church being free to shape its own style, language and ministry. At the same time, there are many things we share in common.
WHAT CCCA IS DOING?
CCCA is to teach biblical doctrine so we can be grounded in our faith.
CCCA is to be a place where believers can observe the Lord’s Supper, remembering Christ’s death and shed blood on our behalf.
CCCA is proclaiming the gospel of salvation through Jesus Christ.

STATEMENT OF FAITH
1. Bible
We believe that God speaks to us through the Bible, the sixty-six Scriptures from Genesis to Revelation. Being God-breathed they are fully trustworthy for teaching, and for reproof in righteousness. (Romans 10:17; 2 Timothy 3:16-17; Hebrews 4:12; 2 Peter 1:21).
2. God
We believe that there is only one God, the creator of all things, and has revealed Himself to be eternally existent in three persons – Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit. (Matt 28:19; 1 Pet 1:2; 1 Jn 5:7).
3. Jesus Christ
God sent his Son Jesus Christ into this world to save and restore humanity to their original purpose. Jesus was the Word in the beginning that became flesh and dwelt among mankind. Whoever receives Him and believes in His name, He gives the right to become children of God and eternal life. We believe in His virgin birth, His sinless life, in His death for sinners, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension into heaven, and in His return in power and glory. (Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:18, 20-25; 16:18; Mark 15; Luke 24; John 1:1-14; 3:16; Acts 1:9,10; 2:22; 10:38; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4, 51-54;
2 Corinthians 5:21; Hebrews 4:15).
4. Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of truth as well as the Counsellor, who resides in all believers and empowers them to overcome this world, granting them various gifts to equip believers for the work of ministry to build up the body of Christ. (John 14; Ephesians 4:11-12).
5. Trinity
We believe that there is one living and true God, eternally existing in three persons; Father,
Son and the Holy Spirit; that these are equal in every divine perfection, and that they execute distinct but harmonious offices in the work of creation, providence and redemption (Matt 28:19; 1 Pet 1:2; 1 Jn 5:7).
6. Man
God the Father is the source of all that is good. He created the heavens and the earth and all that exists in them. He created male and female in His image to live in fellowship with Him. However, tempted by Satan, the first man and woman disobeyed God. As a result, sin enters into this world causing death to humanity. (Genesis 1:1-27; 3:1-13; Romans 3:23; 5:12-19)
7. The Church
We believe in the universal church; a living spiritual body of Christ is the Head and that all regenerated persons are members.
We believe in the local Church, consisting of a company of believers in Jesus Christ,
Scripturally baptized (immersion), on a credible profession of faith, and associated for
worship, work and fellowship. We believe that God has laid upon the members of the local
church the primary task of giving the Gospel of Jesus Christ to a lost and dying world.
(Ephesians 5:20-32; Ephesians 1:22; Matthew 28:19; I Timothy 3:1-113).
8. Salvation
We believe that Salvation is wholly of God by Grace, made free to all by the Gospel, received by repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. This includes regeneration, pardon and forgiveness of sins through justification, adoption and sanctification through the Holy Spirit. And also, the true believer is eternally secure and cannot be lost. (Jn 1:12; 3:16; 10:27-31; Romans 5:1-9; 8:35-39; Eph 1:3; 2:8-10; 1 Jn 5:11-13).
9. Rapture
We believe that the dead in Messiah shall rise first and those who are still alive will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. In the twinkling of an eye, we all will be changed to the glorified bodies to enjoy eternal blessedness in the presence of the Lord. Unbelievers, will also be raised bodily to suffer the penalty of eternal destruction. (1 Corinthians 15:51-58; Thessalonian 4:16-17; 2 Thessalonian 1:9; Titus 2:13).
10. Satan
Satan is the adversary of God; an unclean spirit and god of this world, author of all the powers of darkness and is destined to the judgment of an eternal justice in the Lake of Fire. (Isaiah 14:12-17; Matthew 4:1-11; 2 Corinthians 4:4; Revelation 20:14, 15).
